Note: The warranty policies apply only to the products purchased from Goodyo website. We do not provide warranty for orders placed with other platforms or websites. The warranty also does not extend to customers who use these products for commercial use(for example, in a hotel or store)

We offer one year warranty:
Goodyo has built its reputation by enabling comfortable and pleasant lifestyle without compromising on aesthetics. Each of our products uses innovative forms of design to fulfill the mission of Goodyo. If you receive any item that falls short of your expectation within 30 days from the date of purchase, please contact our support team. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details. We promise to do our best to resolve your issue as quickly and thoroughly as possible because we want to retain you as a lifelong customer.

Product Warranty: Specific warranty time is included in the description section of the product details page. If there is no special mention, the default warranty time is 1 year.

What Goodyo Warranty Covers:

This warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use.
  

Physical abuse or damage to the products, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.

In the event of a defect, a new replacement will be to provided.

Product Warranty: 1 year warranty for normal Goodyo products, the actual warranty time is subject to the description on the product details page, if there is no special instructions, the default warranty is 1 year.
