This was an economical way to make a nice looking shower. The assembly wasn’t too difficult, though the instructions could have been better. I accomplished to task, including the install in just a few hours, by myself. However, I am an experienced tradesman. It would be easier with someone to help as long as they aren’t trying to tell you how to do it. One tip, make sure you don’t cut your silicone caulking tube opening too big or you’ll have a big mess. Make the opening just large enough to fit in between the tracks. Apply steady, firm pressure and move continuously once you have a good bead of silicone coming out.
I have to say I was a little dubious wondering how robust this would be but I shouldn't have worried. It has a decent weight to it and my builders seem very impressed. It's held my frameless screen nicely in place and secure without compromising the aesthetics.
It was as advertised. Good value and quality. I dont think some of the other reviews were fair. Easy to assemble. The fit and finish is nice. I think it is definitely a one person job...provided they have some experience. The instructions are not well written but accurate. I was very satisfied.
