Shipping Costs and Taxes
www.Goodyobp.com is currently collecting sales taxes from California. If you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see the tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state that requires tax collection. To the extent any of the factors affecting the calculation of sales tax change between the time you place an order and the time your credit card is charged, the amount appearing on your order as Tax may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes.
The state sales tax rate is made up of a base rate and mandatory local rate that goes directly to city and county tax officials. The total sales tax rate may vary based on local jurisdictions.
If you are a tax-exempt organization or reseller, you can apply here for tax exemption on your goodyobp.com orders. After you finish, please send the completed form to dscs9@royoal-shower.com for review.
Shipping Locations:
1.As of today, we can ship to the 48 states in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
2.We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
Please double-check you have entered the correct shipping address for your order prior to making payments.
Processing and Shipping
Processing time: within 1-3 business days
Normal Shipping time: 3~7 business days by FedEx/UPS
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at dscs9@royal-shower.com(9am-5pm PST, M-F) within 1 hour of placing the order and before 12pm Central. We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet shipped. Once one hour has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and it will need to go through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, Goodyo will deduct the cost of shipping (according to the bills that the carriers sent us) from your refund.
Order Tracking and Returning:
Once you ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the status of the order, and the tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website or https://www.aftership.com/track or contact us for further info. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at dscs9@royal-shower.com within 3 business days after receiving the products. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible since this will assist us in processing your damage claim.
Backordered Items:
In the event an item you ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.
Note and Contact Info:
Due to the COVID-19 lockdown and other related special circumstances, some orders may experience delays in shipping. We are working diligently to coordinate with local carriers (FedEX/UPS) and solve any delivery problems that may be encountered. Note some orders may be delayed up to 2-3 weeks, and the posting of online tracking information by FedEX/UPS may be delayed accordingly as well.
