User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Social Media User Generated Content and Photo Sharing Terms and Conditions

By posting content to social media sites with the hashtag #Goodyo, or submitting photos through the Goodyo photo uploader, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

I take photos in which no one else appears except myself: I take original photos, graphics, images, selfies, videos, messages, or other material that I tag with #goodyo and create any accompanying title (collectively, the "User Content"), and for good and promotional considerations, the adequacy and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, I wish to release any and all rights in the User Content pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement Licensed to Goodyo Bathroom Products(“Goodyo”). I warrant and represent that no one else has filmed or appeared in this User Content. If others do film or appear in User Content, I hereby warrant and represent that, for good and promotional consideration, each has written and I will promptly provide Goodyo upon request, subject to the terms set forth in this agreement and conditions, grant to Goodyo any and all rights in the User Content.

Goodyo may use User Content: I hereby grant in perpetuity to Goodyo an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use User Content (in connection with any Goodyo design, development, production, marketing, for any and all for advertising, distribution, promotion and sale), in any and all media (including social media sites) now known or hereafter developed, without compensation to me. I represent and warrant that all User Content submitted to Goodyo using the hashtag #Goodyo is original in nature and that I irrevocably grant a license to Goodyo and their respective successors, licensees, sublicensees and assigns legal rights. Perpetually, the rights to User Content referred to herein.

I assume the risk associated with the Internet and social media: I understand that under no circumstances will Goodyo be liable for any loss or damage I suffer as a result of my use of User Content. Goodyo has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or delete User Content and/or any comments posted about User Content. I further acknowledge that Goodyo is not responsible for and does not endorse, and Goodyo disclaims any liability in connection with, opinions, suggestions, suggestions or suggestions posted or sent with respect to User Content. Additionally, I understand that when posting User Content on the Internet, including using the hashtag #Goodyo on social media sites, Goodyo has no control over User Content and that it may be reproduced by others, including but not limited to copying that User Content. Restricted to other sites on the Internet.

Use of my name and likeness: I hereby grant Goodyo the right to use my name, nickname, likeness, voice, pictures, images, comics, statements, social media handles, accompanying text, inquiries, feedback, suggestions, language, writings, Statistics, signatures, facsimile signatures, biographies, photographs, videos, movies, and any other references I provide to Goodyo about my persona, personality, information or preferences (collectively "Attributes"), in connection with making, selling, Goodyo Products and/or Goodyo brand marketing, advertising and promotions, including but not limited to marketing, advertising and promotions on the Internet and in connection with social media. This license shall include, without limitation, the right to use the Attribution in advertising and promotions of Goodyo products and marketing using or referencing User Content, including without limitation on or in any artwork, packaging, advertising and promotional materials, and in connection with any and all Advertisements, press conferences, media releases, social media accounts, internet-related content marketing, broadcasting and other incentive, publicity and public relations programs related to Goodyo or User Content, without limitation on geographical distribution or frequency or duration of use.

I represent and warrant that: (a) I have the sole and exclusive right to enter into and perform this agreement and to grant the rights granted hereunder, and (b) that the rights I grant hereunder will not conflict with or violate any commitment, agreement or understanding that I own or will own any rights of, and do not infringe, any rights of any person or entity, (c) Goodyo does not require the consent of any other party to exercise its rights hereunder, (d) I 18 years of age or older(e) I am a legal resident of the United States
